Well, our league's first night went well. I think everyone had fun which was the point. And the rain held off, which was a bonus.

The fun night winners were: In the US Open division, subs Cliff Bush and Bob Daugherty were nice enough to fill in for the open team and shot 37 to lead the division. There was a three way tie between Tom Turck/Dave Potter, Jason Klaben/Jim Myers and Tony Macera/Brent Zifchock who all shot 38. In the Masters division, Doug Boles and Al Mix's sub (whose name I didn't catch) shot 36 to lead the division. Again, there was a tie for second place with Tom Deering/Les Richmond and Glenn Robbins/Al Homer both shooting 38. Congrats to all and good shooting!

Also, a reminder about subs. Please let me know who will be subbing for you as soon as possible. This eliminates surprises at the course and me having to re-arrange score cards. Thanks!

Skins: We did not have a skins game, however John Payne and Jeff Baker have volunteered to run the skins game from now on. This means they share the title of Vice-President for the league. Thanks for volunteering guys!
