Well, our league's first night went well. I think everyone had fun which was the point. The weather was pretty decent for late April.

The fun night winners were: In the Lansing division, Scott Steiner and Pat Mikula had a score of 36 to lead the division. Scott Bishop and Craig Christopher came in second with a score of 37. Over in the World division, Gerry Place and Bill Mosher came in first with a score of 35 while Jerry Gillette and Tom Leahy came in second with a 39. Congrats to all and good shooting!

This week we will start our regular league play. Refer to the roster on the home page which contains the league schedule at the bottom to see who you are playing this week.

There are a few new players this year, who will be establishing a handicap this week, so you won’t be able to figure out points for them until after the night is over. If you wish, just bring the card to me and I can quickly figure out the points.

A reminder about subs - please let me know who will be subbing for you as soon as possible. This eliminates surprises at the course and me having to re-arrange score cards. Thanks!

Our skins game works as follows - skins are for individuals, so for anyone wanting to enter, the fee is $2 per person. The skins game is for the whole league - no divisions. There will be a signup sheet and a box for the money at our table each week. If there are no skins for a particular week, then the money carries over to the next week.

Skins: Cliff Bush/Jim Myers on #8 (we used Cliff's drive, my second shot and I sunk the putt on the first try)

CTTP: Bill Mosher - 8' 9" - also won this at last year's fun night tournament with almost the same distance!
