In the Lansing division, the race continues to be close as Jeff Bowman and Gary Christopher are just a half point ahead of John Payne and Tom Burke in second while seven teams are within six-and-a-half points of first. In the World division, Ed Dow, Sr. and Al Maccou lost some ground again as they are now just eight-and-a-half points ahead of the second place team of George Muller and Les Richmond with Bob Brackett and Ted Capogrossi just a point out of second.
