Well, we are finally starting to get some good weather again after having a bunch of good weather in March and then mixed weather in April and so far in May.
In the Lansing division, Craig Christopher and Scott Bishop took the early lead with fourteen-and-a-half points with Dick Biviano and Steve Tinker in second - two points behind. In the World division, Scott Barron and Gary Reynolds had a big sixteen point night. They lead Dow/Dow and Schwarz/Carey by four points.
A funny thing happened on the way to #8 green. Les Richmond hit his tee shot to the left up the hill by the pine trees. It just so happens that there is a fox den up in there and a fox grabbed and walked away with his ball. No word on whether the fox made par or not.
