In the Lansing playoffs, LaRock/Biviano defeated VanOstrand/Anderson. In the World playoffs, Richmond/Sherwood defeated Dow/Nemeth. The winners will play each other this week (or next week if we get rained out) to determine the league champion.
In the mini-tournament, Christopher/Cleveland took over the lead with 27 total points. Barron/Reynolds are two points behind at 25. Matches for this week are noted on the Results page.
Reminder that there are no new subs from here on out. If their name is not on the Results page, they cannot be used.
Assuming we are not rained out this week, we will start the year-end tournament next week. It will be a two-week long tournament with us playing both the front and the back. With the two conferences being uneven, I will take requests for pairings. I am trying to keep the teams as even as possible as there is a little money on the line, so I reserve the right to refuse a pairing if that team's total handicap is too much below the league average handicap. You may get your own subs as you usually do - again no new subs. If the sub drops the team's total handicap too far below the league average, I reserve the right to assign penalty strokes to the total score. If you don't give me a pairing of your choice, I will try to pair you up with a team from the other conference as I usually do to mix the teams up.
